Richard Battye

Richard heads up the Management team at RBC and was the original founder of the company in 1990. He is fully involved in all operational issues, including client liason, and thrives on working with clients to fulfil their requirements. Richard thrives on handing over finished projects that not only meet with, but often exceed his clients’ expectations.

Howard Rawson FCIOB, MBEng, MASI, FRSA

Howard is a highly qualified, independent quantity surveyor who handles commercial project management within RBC. Howard holds a very close working relationship with RBC, and provides the commercial acumen required to provide a complete package for both design and build and contracting projects.

Mark Lodge

Mark boasts an impressive employment history, having worked in a senior management capacity for a number of architectural and design practices in the past. He has particular experience in bespoke residential projects, from modern and contemporary to neo classical and it is with his experience and technical knowledge that RBC has managed to gain its envied reputation for cutting edge projects that are constructed and fulfilled to the highest possible standards.

Neil Tinker

Neil joined RBC in March 2007, bringing with him over twenty five years of construction knowledge to the firm. He has a Quantity Surveyor and Estimators back ground, backed up by numerous years of site management on projects within the Yorkshire area and further a field. His extensive experience in bespoke, high quality house building, along with a commercial and industrial back ground will add another string to RBC's already impressive bow.
