Appropriate to the scale of the individual project, RBC will allocate specific personnel to administer and manage the scheme from inception through to completion. This day to day individual point of contact is particularly essential for bespoke client commissions, where we are often delivering what to the majority of clients can be their first and only venture into the world of contracting.
RBC works very closely with the design team and we always aim to be involved in a project as soon as practicable, to enable any potentially difficult areas of construction to be fully anticipated and agreed prior to start on site. This is very important on complicated ‘one-off’ residential construction, where the architect and client are looking to deliver an element that requires the utmost attention to detail.
We at RBC believe that our ‘can-do’ attitude, combined with our ability to recognise when specialists are required for a particular element of work and our specialist sub-contractor network that can fulfil almost any client requirement really make us unique and are a demonstration of our knowledge and understanding of the industry. This understanding of the need to involve others in the build process and the implication on build programme, procurement, timescale and co-ordination is a skill that sets RBC apart from any other contracting organisations.
